- Plant and material logistics, including float movements, freight scheduling and local supply arrangements.
- Environmental and heritage compliance, including ground disturbance permits and stakeholder consultation.
- Climate and terrain planning, from wet-season constraints in the Kimberley to corrugation-prone gravel networks in the Goldfields.
- Self-sufficient site setup with our own communications, water, and safety management systems where services are limited.
